NDE TECH INDIA has successfully engineered, manufactured, and supplied an AUT Z-Calibration Block system to to our premium client International Academy of NDT (IANDT),
This is not just a calibration block. It’s a high-precision AUT qualification platform, built to simulate real pipeline conditions and validate AUT performance with repeatability and traceability.
This custom-built block is designed for Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT) training, procedure validation, and performance verification for PAUT/TOFD applications on large-diameter pipeline weld geometry:

✅ 56” OD × 25.7 mm WT curved Z-Block (R ≈ 711 mm) – true field curvature replication
✅ Reflector matrix executed with strict dimensional control: 12 Notches + 30 SDH + 1 Reference Hole
✅ Precision AUT Scanner Band / Track designed for smooth compatibility with AUT scanner travel
✅ Complete manufacturing discipline: engraving/traceability, inspection mapping, and QA documentation for professional training & procedure validation.
